Terms and conditions

Shipping

Shipping is FREE! Obtain a prepaid shipping label after completing the form in the last step. You will be required to provide an e-mail address to generate the shipping label.

Recycling

Refer to the following list for cartridges that we collect for recycling. All cartridges must be OEM Canon or HP ink cartridges. We reserve the right to refuse cartridges on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Cartridges

We require approximately 5-10 business days to process the shipped cartridges. Once processed, points will be issued via E-Z ink points within 15 days, if one is due.

Conditions

All shipped cartridges must be properly packaged to ensure the cartridges are not damaged during transit. When packaging inkjet cartridges, use the original box if it is available. If not, a lined bag or padded envelope will work as well.
Payment is only guaranteed for the OEM Canon or HP ink cartridges listed here. We will not provide payment for third-party remanufactured cartridges.
